ストーリー
「上川大雪」という銘柄
上川大雪酒造総杜氏である川端慎治さんが日本酒の世界に魅了されたのが、大学生時代。その後、石川県内の酒蔵さんをメインに様々な蔵で修業を重ねていきました。最後自分の蔵を開くのであれば、地元である北海道が良いと2016年に上川郡で蔵を開きました。

A Junmai Ginjo made at Kamikawa Daisetsu's second brewery, Hekiungura. It is refreshing but at the same time has a deep rice flavor and a sweetness.
