Normally, we will ship within 2 business days after receiving your order. However, please note that there may be delays due to stock availability. It is possible to specify the arrival date and time for free
(Time specification is not available in December) For reserved items, we will ship them as soon as they are ready unless you specify otherwise.

If the received product is different or damaged during delivery, we will bear the return shipping cost. Please return it by cash on delivery for exchange. Cancellation is possible until the shipping completion email is received.

For cancellations or returns due to customer reasons, we will respond if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. However, you will be responsible for the shipping and payment processing fees. Returns are not accepted for unpreserved sake.

If there are obvious defects or wrong items in the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preferences, you will be responsible for the shipping and payment processing fees.

Regardless of the above, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted for the following products:
- Opened or used products
- Products ordered more than 8 days ago
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products without packaging (bag/case)
