The blue expression in Niseko's "traffic light series" (in Japan, the green traffic light is considered blue), only sold at selected stores. Made with Suisei rice from Kutchan, Hokkaido. A well balanced Junmai that is representing the Niseko brewery's character well. Harmony in aromas as well as flavors, with a non-lingering finish. Also a good representation of the Suisei rice itself.
