The brand "Juisshu" (translates to "the 11th province"), was born in 2010, and is brewed by Nihon Seishu. In the Meiji period Japan was divided into 11 provinces, with Hokkaido being the 11th. Aiming to become one of Hokkaido's favorite Sakes, this Junmai-Ginjo uses only Hokkaido-produced Ginpu rice. A Sake with a perfect balance between the gorgeous apple aroma and the sweetness of rice derived from the Ginpu rice.
