ストーリー
The name "Ippakusuisei"
The Chinese characters in Ippakusuisei (一白水成) stands for "one"(the best) - "white" (the rice) - "water" - "to become". Basically saying that it is the best thing that can be made from rice and water.
The Fukurokuju brewery conducts yearly research in collaboration with their contract farmers, in order to constantly improve on the quality of their Sake rice.
