A little light for being brewed by Izumibashi, but sharp and deliciously spicy.

There is a river called "Izumigawa" on the north side of the brewery that was supplied the irrigation canals for the brewery's rice fields. The name "Izumibashi" literally means "Izumi Bridge".
Izumibashi's own cultivated rice
The Izumibashi brewery have their own rice fields, where they grow a lot of the rice they use themselves. Also, they do not use any pesticides in their fields, and this makes them abundant with dragonflies. Hence their label design.

A word from our staff: Nishiyama
This is a very interesting sake that when served hot allows you to experience a sour taste accompanied by umami, showing off a different side.
